We use recycled precious metals of gold and silver where possible to create our pieces.

14k solid gold is completely solid gold all the way through the core. Durable for everyday wear. Will last a lifetime when cared for properly. May be cleaned with warm water and mild dish soap.

Ingredients in 14k yellow and 14k rose gold are gold, silver, copper and zinc. Ingredients in 14k white gold are gold, copper, zinc and nickel.

Our jewelry pieces are handcrafted and made as they are ordered. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to make.

U.S. Shipping, we ship via USPS and Fedex. Free USPS Ground Advantage with tracking information, takes approx. 3-5 days for delivery. Fedex 2-day shipping upgrade takes 2 business days. Fedex Overnight shipping upgrade takes 1 business day.

International Shipping, we ship via USPS first class mail. First class mail can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to arrive and may sometimes take longer due to customs delays. Please note, customs fees and duties will apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We would be happy to add insurance to any package for a small additional fee, please just let me know before check out.

Returns & Exchanges, for 14k gold we do accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for non-personalized jewelry that is not worn or used. We are not able to accept returns for custom orders or personalized jewelry. 

Resizing 14k Gold Rings, if your ring does not fit and needs to be resized, please just let us know and we would be happy to resize it for you. There is a $50.00 charge for resizing.
