Ingredients in 14k solid yellow and 14k solid rose gold are gold, silver, copper and zinc. Ingredients in 14k solid white gold are gold, copper, zinc and nickel.

U.S. Shipping, we ship via USPS and Fedex. Free USPS first class mail with tracking information, takes approx. 3-5 days for delivery. Fedex 2-day shipping upgrade takes 2 business days. Fedex Overnight shipping upgrade takes 1 business day.

International Shipping, we ship via USPS first class mail. First class mail can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to arrive and may sometimes take longer due to customs delays. Please note, customs fees and duties will apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We would be happy to add insurance to any package for a small additional fee, please just let me know before check out.

Returns + Exchanges, we do accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized jewelry that is not worn or used. We are not able to accept returns for custom orders or personalized jewelry. 

Resizing 14k Solid Gold Rings, if your ring does not fit and needs to be resized, please just let us know and we would be happy to resize it for you. There is a $45.00 charge to resize 14k solid gold rings.

Resizing Gold Filled and Sterling Silver Rings, if your ring does not fit and needs to be resized, please just let us know and we would be happy to resize it for you at no charge. All we ask is that you cover the return shipping costs.
